Dolls Point Football Club – Terms and Conditions
- Registration and Refund Policy
1.1 No Refunds After Submission of Team Sheets
Once Dolls Point Football Club has submitted the official team sheets to Football St George (FSG) for any competition, league, or tournament, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, player registration fees, uniform costs, or any other payments made to the club.
1.2 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests made prior to the submission of team sheets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A valid reason for withdrawal from the team must be provided, and any refund issued will be subject to administrative fees as determined by the club’s management.
- Respect for Game Officials
2.1 Respect for Referees, Linesmen, and Officials
All players, parents, guardians, coaches, and supporters of Dolls Point Football Club are expected to show the highest level of respect and sportsmanship towards referees, linesmen, and any other match officials. Disrespectful behaviour, verbal abuse, or physical intimidation of officials will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2.2 Disciplinary Action for Misconduct
Any individual found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action as determined by the Club’s Executive Committee. This may include warnings, fines, suspension from matches or events, or expulsion from the club.
- Respect for Club and Team Officials
3.1 Respect for Club Staff and Volunteers
All members, players, and supporters of Dolls Point Football Club must treat club officials, coaches, team managers, and other volunteers with respect and courtesy. Club officials dedicate their time and effort to ensuring a positive experience for all members, and any form of verbal abuse, threats, or inappropriate behaviour towards them will not be tolerated.
3.2 Cooperation and Communication
Players and their families are encouraged to maintain open, respectful communication with team officials and club administrators. If there are any issues or concerns, these should be raised in a constructive manner through the appropriate channels, as outlined by the club’s Code of Conduct.
- Disciplinary Actions and Sanctions
4.1 Imposition of Sanctions for Disciplinary Infractions
Dolls Point Football Club reserves the right to impose further sanctions on players, members, or supporters for any disciplinary infractions, whether on or off the field. Such sanctions may include but are not limited to: warnings, fines, suspension from games or training, or expulsion from the club. All disciplinary actions will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Club’s Executive Committee, with the goal of maintaining a safe, respectful, and fair environment for all members.
- Player Eligibility and Registration
5.1 Exclusive Registration with Dolls Point Football Club
By registering with Dolls Point Football Club, players acknowledge and agree that they are committing to play exclusively for the Club during the period of their registration. Players are not permitted to register, participate, or play for any other club or team in any competition or league while under registration with Dolls Point FC. Any breach of this rule may result in the player’s suspension or termination of membership with the Club.
- Payment of Fees
6.1 Full Payment Required Upon Registration
All registration fees, uniform fees, and any other related costs must be paid in full at the time of registration or as otherwise directed by the club. Failure to pay the required fees on time may result in the player being excluded from training, matches, or other club activities until the balance is paid in full.
6.2 Late Payment and Consequences
In the event that fees are not paid on time, Dolls Point Football Club reserves the right to impose additional penalties or sanctions, including but not limited to the suspension of the player from participation in training sessions, matches, and/or other club events until full payment is received.
- General Club Expectations
7.1 Code of Conduct
All members of Dolls Point Football Club are required to adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct, which promotes sportsmanship, respect, integrity, and fair play both on and off the field.
7.2 Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dolls Point Football Club reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members promptly.
- Privacy, Photography, and Use of Club Intellectual Property
8.1 Photography and Media Consent
By registering with Dolls Point Football Club, all players, parents, guardians, and supporters acknowledge and agree that photographs and video footage may be taken during training sessions, matches, events, and other club-related activities. This may include images of registered players, team officials, supporters, and the general club environment.
Dolls Point Football Club reserves the right to use such photography and media for legitimate club purposes, including but not limited to club websites, official social media channels, promotional materials, newsletters, and communications. No compensation will be payable for the use of such images.
If a participant has a valid reason for opting out of photography or media use, this must be submitted in writing to the Club Committee prior to the relevant event.
8.2 Use of Dolls Point Football Club Name, Logo, and Branding
The Dolls Point Football Club name, logo, branding, and any associated intellectual property may not be used outside of the Club’s official website and official social media platforms without prior written approval from the Club Committee.
Any external use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of Dolls Point Football Club branding, including on personal websites, social media pages, promotional materials, or merchandise, must be reviewed and formally approved by the Club.
8.3 Defamation and Negative Representation
Dolls Point Football Club does not tolerate negative, misleading, or defamatory statements made about the Club, its officials, volunteers, players, or members, whether verbally, in writing, or via social media or other digital platforms.
Any individual found to be engaging in behaviour that damages the reputation of the Club or brings the Club into disrepute may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Club’s Code of Conduct.

- Act as role models by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and respect.
- Prioritize the well-being of players over competition outcomes.
- Avoid engaging in or condoning unsportsmanlike behaviour.
Code of Conduct for Team Managers and Club Officials
- Ensure clear communication and organization for all team-related activities.
- Promote and enforce adherence to this Code of Conduct.
- Resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.
- Act responsibly and professionally in all club matters.
Code of Conduct for Supporters and Families
- Encourage and support players in a positive and respectful way.
- Refrain from criticizing referees, opposing teams, or other spectators.
- Avoid disruptive or aggressive behaviour during matches and events.
- Ensure that children and dependents adhere to club values and this Code of Conduct.
Breaches of the Code of Conduct
The club reserves the right to investigate and address any breaches of this Code of Conduct. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to:
- Verbal or written warnings.
- Fines or penalties.
- Temporary or permanent suspension from club activities.
All disciplinary actions will be at the discretion of the Dolls Point Football Club Committee, ensuring due process and fairness.
